Choose your trio:
Southern Trio: Yirgacheffe, Sidamo and Guji. Three neighboring southern origins, from Yirgacheffe's floral, citrus brightness to Sidamo's berry and cocoa notes and Guji's juicy, stone-fruit sweetness.
Classic Trio: Yirgacheffe, Harrar and Limmu. A tour across Ethiopia, pairing Yirgacheffe with Harrar's chocolatey, winy richness from the eastern highlands and Limmu's balanced, spicy-floral cup from the southwest.
Then choose one roast for all three bags: Light, Medium or Dark.
